For outgoing (SMTP) email, you may use your Internet provider or your own domain mal server using the format:
mail.domain.co.za, replacing "domain.co.za" with your domain name.
To prevent spam, outgoing mail sent using your domain mail server requires authentication using the same email account and password as the incoming email. note that the account name is the entire email address.
